Delivery & Returns

UK Orders

  • Please note we do not have a live stock feed when ordering, and some products may be delayed. You will be notified by email of any potential delays.
  • UK orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
  • Orders under £100 are subject to a £6.95 shipping fee.
  • Our goal is to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days; however, please allow 5 to 7 working days from the date of your order.
  • Certain products, such as Raquel Welch and Gabor styles, may take 7 to 10 working days to arrive. If we cannot guarantee dispatch within this period, we will inform you via email.
  • If you select the Next Day Delivery option for orders over £100 (with an additional £6.95 charge), this applies from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
  • All orders are sent in plain and discreet packaging, with no indication of our business or the contents.
  • A signature will be required upon receipt of your order (Royal Mail or Parcel Force).
  • You can check the status of your order at any time. If the status is “Processing,” your order is being prepared, and you will be emailed once it has been dispatched.
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your junk folder or contact us via email.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • If a delivery is attempted and unclaimed or returned to us, any future postage costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Multiple Orders

  • We allow a maximum of 3 wigs or hairpieces per order.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied if all wigs are returned for a refund.
  • Orders consisting of more than 1 wig may experience possible delays. We will only ship orders once all products are in stock and cannot split shipments.

International Orders

  • Shipping is £14.95 for Europe and £19.95 for the rest of the world.
  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery.
  • Please allow 10 to 14 working days for international orders to arrive from the date of dispatch.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
  • International Orders are Non-Returnable (excluding Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey).

UK Returns and Exchanges

  • We understand that wigs need to be tried on, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or refunds as long as the wig has not been styled and is returned in the same condition as received.
  • Do not remove the tags when trying on a wig. If you remove the tags, you accept that the wig is non-returnable.
  • We ask that you use a wig cap when trying on wigs for hygiene reasons. Wig caps are available on our website or you may use your own.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  • We strongly recommend sending returns via a Signed For/Trackable Service to ensure safe return. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Items must be returned with all tags and original packaging. Please include the dispatch note for reference.
  • We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receiving the item, but this may take longer during busy times. Once refunded, we will confirm via email (check your junk folder if you do not receive the email).
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been styled, cut, colored, sprayed, or smell of smoke. These items will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be given.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if a customer repeatedly requests refunds on subsequent orders.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Accessories (including brushes and hair care products), Special Orders, Custom-Made Orders, and All International Orders.
  • Jon Renau Products: A 10% handling fee will apply to all returned Jon Renau products (human hair & fiber).
  • Raquel Welch Human Hair and Gisela Mayer Human Hair styles are specially ordered, and all returns will incur a 10% handling fee.
